Very few people wake up in the morning knowing that day is their last day on Earth.
Are you ready in the event today is that day?
People are planners…we schedule events on our calendars, we go to work, to school, shopping;
we plan vacations, weddings, and all the other minor and major life events.
We go about life without any real consideration of our final journey, our ultimate destination.
What confidence do you have in where you’ll go when your last breath is spent?
In three separate incidents this week 55 people were murdered, and I’m sure that none of them knew …
that day was their last.
You see, death is just a doorway, eternity lies on the other side- think of it as standing in front of an elevator-
Which button, which direction, will you choose…?
“Up” (Eternity in Heaven with God the Father) or “Down” (eternal damnation, separation from God)?
Many people say, “I’m not ready to make that decision yet, meantime I’ll just have “fun” for a while- (sinful living)…
Here’s the problem-the moment you’re standing in front of that “elevator” it’s already too late.

In July 31,2012 I lay dying, two critical infections raging inside me, the valves inside my heart dissolving,
shutting down my vital organs.
But the day before I had no idea I was about to be on death’s doorstoop.
I had already made the most important decision of my life though:
“Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”
Yeshua said to him, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

In my atheist ‘BC” life I thought Yeshua’s statements were exclusionary, but I had it all backwards- He is the Ultimate Inclusionist.

He said, “ALL”…which included ME, and it means you’re invited too.
He even goes so far as to let us know that he has prepared a special place for you in Heaven, His “New Jerusalem”.
He holds out a free ticket to paradise – we need only accept His lavish gift- you only need to choose to accept it.
It has been said that BIBLE stands for “Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth”…
Beloved-Our last day is coming, some sooner and some later.
But today is the day of your salvation-it’s up to you.
Choose now, and choose wisely!
