Pleasing God

And without faith it is impossible to please God,
because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists

and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”
” Hebrews 11:6 NIV

Which is more important: that God pleases us-or-that we please Him?
Today is the 14th anniversary of 9/11. Today I endured one of the most challenging, frustrating,
and contentious days I can remember,
it started with my wife taking a terrible fall down the stairs, and got more difficult from there.
Nonetheless in my heart-I want to please God.
It is my opinion, that pleasing Him is of paramount importance;
It is our real faith -activated and exercised by each of us in our “war-rooms” that He takes notice of us,
inclines His ear towards us and in His timing-rewards.
What did Yeshua have to say to us about faith?

“Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain,
‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20

Self-doubt might be “normal” as our emotions wax and wane, but there is no reason why our faith should be anything but
LARGE as we mature as believers.
We live in a world where the evidence of God’s existence-and presence- surrounds us everywhere.
Believe.
Consider your own story-your testimony.
If you haven’t told someone your own amazing story, lately, beloved, tell it
—it may bless you as much as the listener.
As He reminds us that He always shows up in His perfect timing.
