The Tapestry of Life

“He has brought me to the banquet hall, and His banner over me is love.”
~ Song of Songs (Shir HaShirim)2:4

“I want you woven into a tapestry of love, in touch with everything there is to know of God.
Then you will have minds confident and at rest, focused on Messiah, God’s great mystery.”
~Colossians 2:2-3

Tapestries are woven intricately, with approximately half the threading in one direction, and the others at ninety degrees to the first.
The Weaver takes single threads, using them to create something much greater, strikingly beautiful,
a reflection of the skill and desire of the Weaver.
I chose to capitalize “Weaver” here, because the ultimate Weaver is God Almighty; “relationship” is the loom,
and just as God created Adam to be in relationship with Him, we also are created for the same.
First and foremost, a real relationship with Abba Father, and love your neighbour as yourself.
The “thread” that brings us all together driving the Weaver’s shuttle,
pulling all those parallel threads (us) into one “tapestry” is Yeshua HaMashiach aka Jesus the Messiah (Christ).
For those He receive Him He is the  Reconciler; because of Him not creed, race, sex, social status, nor anything else remains a divider.
My personal story reflects this reconciliation as former enemies became friends, the impossibles became realities, and unexpected divine appointments interlaced throughout the course of my life as a believer have strengthened and encouraged me, touching those as the Weaver continues to weave the Tapestry of my/our lives together.
Beloved, the Tapestry isn’t completed yet, but one day we will see it (experience it)  in the Father’s great banquet hall
What a day of rejoicing it will be!
